1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchange within 2 days only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
- You received an incorrect item (different from what was ordered)

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Fresh and perishable items (such as Liquid Jaggery, Palm Pulp,Honey etc.), unless damaged upon delivery
- Food items that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
3. Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you may choose one of the following options:
- Replacement: A fresh product will be sent at no additional cost
- Refund: Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

- Refunds are subject to inspection and approval
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed
